HR360 INTERIM SRL recruits or takes on temporary employees, ensuring payroll and personnel administration services, legal procedures for occupational medicine, occupational health and safety, together with accredited partners, and implements the standards in the package of benefits offered as per the partner/user requests.

Thus, HR360 INTERIM hires the people you need, taking over all personnel administration processes, under the conditions that the temporary employees will carry out their activity in the work environment of the partner/user (headquarters and/or subsidiaries).

The procedures

Prior to hiring recruited candidates, we conduct the following:

  • Meetings / communications with future temporary employees, in order to inform them about the required documents for employment, the working conditions and the job description;
  • Preparation for signing the employment documents, such as the individual employment contract, internal regulations or declarations regarding additional income, dependents or the health institution to which the employee is assigned;
  • Drafting and legalizing the employment contracts, related additional documents and others modifications to register them in the electronic register of employees - REVISAL.

Legal

Temporary work, according to Art. 88 of the Labor Code, is the work performed by a temporary employee (qualified and/or unqualified) who, through the temporary work agent, provides work in favor of a user.

The user is the legal entity for whom and under whose supervision and management a temporary employee works temporarily but provided by the temporary work agent.

The temporary work assignment is established for a term that cannot exceed 24 months. The duration of the temporary work assignment may be extended for successive periods which, added to the initial duration of the assignment, may not exceed a period of 36 months.

The temporary work agent, on the basis of a provision contract concluded in writing with the User, makes available to him an employee employed by a temporary work contract (in accordance with GD no. 1256 of 21/12/2011).

Steps taken for staff selection and recruitment

Identifying candidates through online and offline channels

Using our own selection and recruitment tools (search and matching functions, HR360 candidate database, etc.), external platforms (social media, national, local job portals, etc.), but also other marketing and advertising channels, we succeed to attract as many candidates as possible interested in the job opportunities offered by our company.

The telephone interview

The first discussion takes place during a telephone interview, wherein we validate the candidate's interest, present the role for which we are contacting him and validate his previous experience.

The face-to-face interview

Depending on the first discussion, we get to know the candidate better during an interview in person (at the HR 360 office) or virtually (online).

Evaluation

This stage involves validating the candidate’s skills and competencies, according to the specific requirements agreed with the partner where the future employee will work.

Submitting the shortlist

At this stage, our partners will receive the list of the most suitable and motivated candidates for the open positions.

Feedback from the partner - permanent communication with him

The partnership relationship with our clients runs throughout the entire contractual period of the provision of temporary employees at the headquarters or subsidiaries of our partners.

Constant monitoring of their professional development and results, in the working environment of each commercial partner, as well as uninterrupted communication, both with employees and with the client, the feedback provided by him, will ensure the smooth development of the trilateral partnership, in its whole.
